Anita Brown (Haar)
Lead Stylist
Mrs. Brown is the owner and sole proprietor of Elan Makeup Studio. She studied Business Communications at University of North Texas and has a production and talent booking background. After college, Anita explored the world as a flight attendant with Continental Airlines and worked as an assistant makeup artist while living in Burbank, CA. Anita offers over 23 years of award-winning experience to the industry. Her areas of expertise are in television, film, print, fashion, airbrush makeup, airbrush art, airbrush tanning, costume makeup, hair extensions and hair design. She specializes in destination weddings and travels the world for clients. She has received training and mentoring from some of the best artists all over the world and continues her education when possible, learning new trends for her clients and aspiring students. Clients love her attention to detail & patience. When she is not working with Elan Makeup Studio, you can find her exploring the world and finding new music!
Mayra Lopez
Lead Stylist
Ms. Lopez’s passion for makeup artistry led her to attend Elan Makeup Academy in 2008. She immediately won over clients with her talented work and attention to detail. Mayra is now the bi-lingual Director of Education for Elan Makeup Academy and is one of the Lead Sr. Artists training new students. Ms. Lopez keeps up with current trends by continuing her education and specializes in makeup, airbrush makeup, teen makeup, prom, Quinceaneras and hair design. When Mayra is not working with Elan Makeup Studio, you can find her traveling the world with her supportive husband and family.
Nicole Estill
Lead Stylist
Ms. Estill joined Elan Makeup Studio early 2008. She adds over 12 years of experience to our professional team in the hair and makeup industry. Nicole worked and trained with Toni & Guy and currently is one of our Sr. Instructors, Lead Artists & Stylists at Elan Makeup Studio. Her commercial and music background helps her keep up with new trends and helpful ideas for client needs. Nicole specializes in music, print, production, commercial, TV, bridal, costume makeup, runway, and fashion. When Nicole is not working with Elan Makeup Studio, you can find her DJ’ing at a local bar in Dallas or traveling with her band True Widow as lead vocals & bass!
Erika Zuniga
Lead Stylist
Mrs. Zuniga joined Elan Makeup Studio after attending our Elan Makeup Academy in 2007 and is one of our clients most requested Sr. Artist! Erika is knowledgeable in professional makeup application, airbrush makeup application, airbrush tanning and hair design. Mrs. Zuniga is one of our bilingual artists and stays on top of fashion, new trends and styles for clients. Everyone loves her fun personality and extreme level of talent. When she is not working with Elan Makeup Studio, you can find her traveling with her supportive husband & 3 beautiful children.
Patricia Barragan
Lead Stylist
Ms. Cadena attended Elan Makeup Academy in 2011 and continued her education in cosmetology and esthetician field from Paul Mitchell in 2017. Paty currently works with Elan Makeup Studio as a Lead Sr. makeup artist and hair stylist. Ms. Cadena is one of our bilingual artists and is a woman business owner in the DFW area, Blue Soul Spa in Allen, TX. Clients love her attention to detail & talented work ethic. Paty specializes in bridal makeup and hair design, airbrush makeup, television, film, and special events. She even offers discounted packages to clients, ask her about her specials!
Cassandra Marques
Lead Stylist
Mrs. Marques-Giesecke earned her Bachelor’s degree is Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology while freelancing as a make-up artist in New York City. Cassandra has trained and worked over the years with a long list of high-profile makeup companies and fashion houses and adds over 8 years of experience to Elan Makeup Studio. Mrs. Marques-Giesecke is one of our bilingual Sr. Artists and specializes in airbrush makeup & hair styling for photography, film, runway and bridal. When Cassanda is not working with Elan Makeup Studio you can find her blogging about her non-toxic, clean skin & hair care product line Life of Beauty. She also has 2 beautiful children and a supportive husband who runs/owns KuneKune.
